Indawo was commissioned to redecorate Union House in Cape Town, a painting project in the central business district.

Access was in the form of scaffolding, due to the location of the site and the limited space, as well as the height of the building.

Being in a busy part of Cape Town with limited parking space for tenants, Indawo had to work around these challenges. Protecting vehicles from paint splatters was top priority, along with, of course, the health and safety of everyone in the building and visiting the premises.

The project was a success largely due to the collaboration of the Indawo team and the client. With so much interest in the success of the job from the client, day-to-day management was easy with regular onsite inspections being carried out by everyone.
