As CEO of Indawo Group, I lead with purpose, integrity, and a people-first mindset. I’m passionate about restoring, repairing, and improving the built environment ensuring every project we take on reflects our core values: Care. Passion. Pride.

My daily motivation comes from the continued trust of our clients and the satisfaction of seeing quality remedial work come together through collaboration, commitment, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time. Whether resolving contract complexities, mentoring leaders, or enhancing operations, I thrive on driving results that leave a lasting difference.

Outside the boardroom, I strive to honour God in all I do whether it’s leading my family, playing sport, or serving others. I’m deeply rooted in my Christian faith and believe that leadership starts with character. You’ll find me on the soccer field, staying in shape, or outdoors with family and friends, recharging with purpose and perspective.

I’m a golf enthusiast and try to get out on the course as often as I can. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the green or spending time with my family and kids.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the company, I oversee the development of tender proposals and pricing strategies. I take pride in preparing competitive, value-driven bids that meet client needs while supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of the business. My role allows me to contribute directly to our success by ensuring every submission reflects both commercial insight and operational excellence.

Outside of work, I stay active with running, CrossFit, and regularly taking part in fitness events. I enjoy the mental focus and energy that training brings to my daily life. When I need to unwind, I hit the open road on my motorcycle and explore scenic routes.

I’m a seasoned roofing and waterproofing expert with a solid foundation in construction since 2015. CETA-accredited as a facilitator and assessor, I bring technical precision and consistency to each project. My strengths include procurement, cost control, project estimation, and management. I’m passionate about teamwork, safety, and delivering top-tier workmanship under pressure.

Outside of work, I’m a proud provincial freshwater angler, who represented the Western Province nationally.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, I oversee projects from planning to completion with a calm, solution driven approach. I thrive on seeing progress on site and working alongside dedicated teams to deliver quality results. Known for strong leadership and problem-solving skills, I am motivated by the lasting impact of every complete project.

Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my family and recently recharged on a relaxing cruise.

I’m a Contracts Manager and qualified Quantity Surveyor with 25 years in the building industry. What I enjoy most is how the built environment keeps evolving with new technology and daily challenges. I bring maturity and real-world experience that helps me support my team in different tasks. My biggest motivator is my family they keep me grounded and inspire me to bring out the best in others.

When I’m not working, I love going off-roading, fishing, spending time with my family, and getting involved in community upliftment projects.

I completed by BTech degree in Quantity Surveying in 2002 and have been working in the construction industry ever since. I joined Indawo in 2024. I bring a level headedness and solution-based attitude to every job. I have experience in measuring, tendering, claims, subcontract adjudication and final accounts. I enjoy working as part of a team and watching as a project progresses from “the before” to “the after”. I’m passionate about each project that I work on and always aim to be of value to my team.

Outside of work, I relax and recharge by connecting with my close-knit group of family members and friends. I enjoy reading and K-dramas when I’m alone. It keeps my optimism alive.

Off-site, I’m an adventurer and foodie who enjoys new experiences, from dune rides to discovering hidden cafés.

As a Estimator, I’m mainly involved in pricing projects and managing them through to completion. I enjoy seeing a project come together and making sure the client is happy with the result. I’m always looking for the best way to get things done while supporting both the team and the client. What keeps me going is learning new things and engaging with the diverse people in our industry.

When I’m not working, I stay active through sports, exercise, or spending time with family and friends.

I enjoy the interactive side of the role especially measurements and site visits. I bring strong memory skill, the ability to read the room, and a unique way of looking at things from different angles. My team pushes me to do my best every day, and my family is my biggest motivation.


Outside of work, I enjoy hikes, music, movies, and discovering new places. Spending time with my family and children is how I relax and recharge.

My eye for detail means I catch what others miss, keeping systems tight and projects financially sound. Though reserved, I’m dependable and resilient, the backbone behind the numbers.

In my downtime, I enjoy family time and the daily reward of making sense of complex figures.

I also manage our vehicle fleet, keeping it safe, roadworthy, and ready for the demands of the job.Driven by a passion for helping others, I take pride in the role I play behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking creative treats, family adventures and spending time with my son working on his toy car collection.

Outside of work, I run a guesthouse and cherish time spent with my three daughters over meals, games, and laughter.

I have a knack for bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, helping align IT solutions with business goals through clear, collaborative communication. What motivates me most is seeing how our tech initiatives improve productivity and contribute to real business growth. I originally studied psychology, which shaped my people-focused approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, walking my dog, and spending time with family and friends. It’s how I stay grounded and recharged.
