Indawo was commissioned to paint the exterior of the UCT Falmouth building, which had not been painted for many years.

As a result, the exterior was beginning to look unsightly and structural damage had started to spread.

Being a busy educational facility in Cape Town, many factors had to be considered for the project including:

• Safety of workers,
• Safety of learners and

• Safety of visitors as well as neighbouring residents and tenants

Workers had to ensure they followed protocols while working on the scaffolding and their safety harnesses had to be attached at all times.
