Indawo was appointed to carry out comprehensive roof waterproofing at Parc du Cap in Bellville, Cape Town.

The project involved the removal of the existing stone roof covering, stripping away old waterproofing layers, repairing the underlying surface, and installing a new high-performance waterproofing system to ensure long-term protection of the building. Both the roof and balconies were treated as part of the scope of work.
