Indawo was commissioned to replace the roof sheeting on the Meadow Lane Complex in Sitari.

The new roof sheeting added significant value to the complex and offers a long-term solution for owners.

Safety of workers and safety of residents and their visitors as well as neighbouring residents and tenants were important.

Working at heights and on scaffolding requires attention to the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 as amended by the Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act No 181 of 1993.

Indawo followed the health and safety specification supplied by our Safety Offices.

Workers had to ensure they followed protocols while working on the scaffolding and on the roof and their safety harnesses had to be attached at all times.
