Indawo was commissioned to do the building refurbishment of Leabrook. This included repainting of the building.

Painting of sectional title complexes can prove to be challenging as the safety and convenience of the tenants are affected. Indawo takes health and safety very seriously and all precautions were taken to ensure the safety of site staff, visitors and residents.

As a roofing contractor in Cape Town, the client also requested Indawo to repair and waterproof some parts of the roofing. The roof repairs were completed as part of the project.
