Indawo was commissioned to waterproof the roof at the City’s Traffic Department.

The roof was a busy one with numerous substructures which challenged our waterproofing team. The biggest challenge being the existing solar panels which demanded extra care.

Working at heights requires strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993
as amended by the Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act No 181 of 1993.

Indawo followed the health and safety specification supplied by both the client’s and our own Safety Offices.
