Roof replacement of one of the busiest shopping centres situated in Claremont.

Scope included the removal and replacement of sheeting/cladding and the installing new sheeting with Ashgrid and insulation.

The project was managed by KFD Wilkinson Engineers together with the client and one of the leading real estate services (Excellerate Real Estate Services (Pty) Ltd t/a JHI).
