Indawo was commissioned to replace the roofing at two of the residential homes in Atlantic Beach Estate. The project involved removing existing roofing and replacing with new roof sheeting.

Being in a residential complex, care and consideration had to be made for residents and tenants in the estate.

Safety of workers and other residents, tenants and sub-contractors was important.

Roofing in Cape Town, done by approved roofing contractors is important because of the extreme weather conditions. High winds threaten the integrity of roof sheets. Therefore roofing contractors should be approved at the Department of Employment and Labour.
